Aldbury International and CoBOS Technology are pleased to announce a joint venture, focusing on simplifying how firms report and track Operational Resilience regulatory compliance.
The collaboration has enabled the creation of a digital, industrial standard Operational Resilience assessment framework that governs all aspects of the regulatory requirements of both the FCA and the PRA.
Robin Hamilton, CEO of Aldbury International, stated: "We recognised that all the information we collected in our assessment of a firm’s operational resilience framework needed to be translated into a single, digitised dashboard that simply and accurately conveyed progress in meeting regulatory standards, whilst allowing deep dive where variance was found. CoBOS offered us the sophisticated analytics to achieve this. This new venture will be of significant benefit to our clients who are currently navigating this complex regulatory environment.”
CoBOS Technology Director, Toby Farmer, added “We were delighted to take on the Aldbury challenge and used our experience of building digital solutions to create a unique Operational Resilience dashboard. We recognise that working together brings significant synergies. Combining skills in business consultancy and technology development allows our clients to achieve enhanced operational resilience understanding and insights”.
This joint venture will expand both companies' networks across different sectors, as well as delivering significant gains to existing clients.
The agreement brings together Aldbury International’s industry-leading operational resilience consultancy services and CoBOS Technology’s world-class, strategy-led enterprise delivery and next-generation technology services.
